Medaca has established an alternate care path for employees and family members requiring counseling, coaching and general mental health education services. These services are delivered through a Medaca preferred network of licensed and accredited clinicians. Services include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), evidence-based therapy, interpersonal therapy and solution focused sessions. Reporting, case management, and return to work communication and support are provided as required.
